4/16/2007, 2:56pm: Called John Duggan - got some advice about how to proceed and open a claim with Safeco.

4/16/2007, 3:24pm: Called Andrew - asked him to open a claim and call me back with the claim number and the name of his assigned agent/adjuster.

4/18/2007, 3:49pm: Latifah - PIP safeco, will be sending documents out to me today.

4/19/2007, 10:23am: Ben Dutton, informed me that they would be accepting liability for the accident.

4/19/2007, 10:40am: Emailed Ben Dutton with 3 photos of the damage to my bicycle.
